Look for the subtle ways through which some leaders tell you every day that they do not care about you. Situations like these usually bring the hidden intentions or priorities to the surface if we look carefully. In the same way, support each other and those leaders who show time and time again that their priority is the person, not the rule or the bottom line. Take the opportunity to rise from this situation better than before. Stand up for helping each other and not just the company for personal gain. Be conscious. The time for change is upon us.
